Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ovelivia mobile application (the “App”) and the www.ovelivia.com website, developed and operated by MAZ GLOBAL KOZMETİK GIDA İNŞAAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Ovelivia”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Ovelivia is a women's health app offering period tracking, ovulation predictions, a symptom diary and AI-assisted information. The App is not a medical device, does not provide a medical diagnosis, and must not be used as a method of contraception.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Parties and Definitions
Service provider: MAZ GLOBAL KOZMETİK GIDA İNŞAAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Contact: fatih.yilmaz@mazglobalcompany.com.
“User” or “you” means the individual who downloads and uses the App. “Service” covers the App, the website and all features offered through them. “Premium” means the features unlocked by a paid subscription.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, please do not use the App.
- The App can be used without an email address or account registration. An anonymous identifier created on your device keeps your data yours.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and, where applicable, your account access.
- The accuracy of the cycle and health data you enter directly affects prediction accuracy. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.
3. Health Disclaimer — Important
Ovelivia is provided for general information, education and self-knowledge only. The App is not a medical device and must not be used to diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any disease or condition.
Predictions in the App (period start, ovulation day, fertile window) are estimates based on statistical models and the data you provide. They are not guaranteed and can vary from person to person.
The App must not be used as a method of contraception or pregnancy prevention. Pregnancy can occur on days outside the predicted fertile window.
Answers provided by Liv (the AI assistant) do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for a healthcare professional. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional for any decision, concern or symptom relating to your health. In an emergency, contact emergency medical services immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Payment (Ovelivia Premium)
The core features of the App are free. Ovelivia Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and is subject to the terms below.
Subscription plans and pricing
- Ovelivia Premium Yearly — subscription length 1 year, price ₺749,99 per year.
- Ovelivia Premium Monthly — subscription length 1 month, price ₺164,99 per month.
- The yearly plan may start with a 3-day free trial. The free trial is available once, and only to users who have not previously used a trial.
- Current prices are displayed on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store / Google Play product page. Prices may vary by country, currency and taxes; the price shown by the store at the time of purchase is binding.
Auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge is applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- If you are on a free trial, your subscription converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription to the same content.
Cancellation and management
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Premium access until then.
- iOS: manage or cancel via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Android: manage via Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be completed through the relevant store.
Refunds
- Because purchases are processed by the App Store and Google Play, refund requests are subject to and handled by the policies of the relevant store.
- For iOS, submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, contact Google Play support.
- Ovelivia cannot issue direct refunds for unused periods; however, if you experience a problem, please contact us at fatih.yilmaz@mazglobalcompany.com.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price increases are communicated to you before they take effect in accordance with the relevant store's rules, and your consent is obtained where required. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
5. Licence to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- You may not sell, rent, sublicense or transfer the App to third parties.
- You may not access the Service with automated tools (bots, scrapers), overload our systems, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
- You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The App — including its design, interface, the Liv character, texts, images, logos, software and content — belongs to MAZ GLOBAL KOZMETİK GIDA İNŞAAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
The personal health data you enter into the App belongs to you. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. AI Features (Liv)
- Liv is an AI assistant powered by large language models. Its answers may contain inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
- Questions you send to Liv may be transmitted to our service providers in order to generate a response. This transfer is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not use Liv for medical emergencies. Do not make medical decisions based on AI output.
8. Partner Sharing
- Partner mode lets you share cycle information with a person you choose. Sharing is entirely optional and begins only with your consent.
- You can stop sharing at any time. Once stopped, your partner's access ends.
- We are not responsible for how the person you share with uses this information. Share only with people you trust.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that predictions will prove accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This limitation covers decisions taken in reliance on the App, including the occurrence or non-occurrence of pregnancy, inaccurate predictions and health-related decisions.
Your statutory consumer rights are reserved; nothing in this section limits those rights.
10. Changes to and Termination of the Service
- We reserve the right to improve, modify or discontinue parts of the Service. Material changes will be announced with reasonable prior notice.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
- You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. To permanently delete your data, follow the deletion steps in the Profile section.
11. Privacy
How we process your personal data is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Your health data is never used for advertising and is never sold.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and marked with a “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified inside the App. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction. Users qualifying as consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence.
14. Third-Party Store Terms
If you obtained the App through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, the provision more favourable to Apple prevails.
Apple is not a party to this agreement; we alone are responsible for the App, its support, warranty and any related claims. For the App obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
